  • I don't quite understand how this works. You are exposing each frame at the same time instead of one after the other? And you have one pinhole for each frame? Isn't that hundreds of pinholes and a 60 ft-long camera? Just wondering. It's a very cool result.

  • @RCAvhstape Thanks for the comment! That's basically the gist of it, although the camera was about six and a half feet long (with the reels), with a manual crank to advance the film between exposures. I did have to make quite a few pinholes though! I used black leader, and used the sprocket holes to justify the pinholes. Unfortunately the camera was a little bit flexible and it resulted in some imperfect alignments. It's something to fix next time I try this.
