Sir, although I left RAF BW in August of '92 (I worked in Supply and also had the priviledge of a deployment to Taif for Desert Storm) and missed the base closure (part of, as you stated, Mission Completion), I will never forget my time there - outstanding base, outstanding people.
Crazy. I was about 9 when we left. My dad was an air traffic controller there. We stayed from 89 to 92. I can almost still see the bases in my mind.
