thanks my friend, i love this song & the footage was taken at london last november. there can be seen a smoke behind the cemetery as there was an explosion at some pipes of the london olympic constructions. it felt so weird that day

Mariza has such an amazing voice, so full of character. My friend saw her perform when she lived in London in the late 60s/early 70s. She sang accompanied only by a drum but it was amazing. I guess I'll never see her perform but I have around 20 CDs now to listen to. So few video clips of her seem to exist

my parents saw her performing live several times in the early 70's. I saw a short gig of her last year for the first time. Have you ever heard of the story of the 74's Eurovision contest when Mariza contested representing Greece?

Didn't she sing in 76 "Panagia mou" all about the destruction of Cyprus. Another beautiful song. Turkey didn't participate because of her lyrics. In the UK, Demis Roussos was a big star in 76 so they just called her "the female Demis Roussos" and didn't take her seriously. A big mistake !
