its aktually a modified jump spin kick.a traditional spin kick comes from the side.they modified it to kome more from an upwards angle for sparring kuz its a lot faster than the traditional one

It's not a spinning back kick. If you're going to correct someone, at least make sure that YOU'RE right. It's a spinning hook kick of anything. Some people call it a sweep kick, I call it both. I would prefer to call it a hook kick.
