He's done everything properly - He asked for permission and credited the creator. If Patrick himself is ok with this reupload, your bitching is unjustified.

Movie and game trailers always get reuploaded by different movie / gaming channels, take Machinima for example. Some might never come across the original upload, but this video could serve as a shortcut and increase viewers for Patrick's channel which i'm sure he would like.
