Business FTW!! We're the ones that get travel all around the world AND make a lot of money! TRUST me, business and travel is AWESOME. Flying Business Class is almost like flying first class, except you sound more professional. You also get to enjoy the Business Lounge at airports too. Going to a city you like and enjoying the culture there? Even better. I like Singapore and Hong Kong a lot. Seeing the nighttime city skyline? Epic. Making a lot of money? You got it. There's a lot of stress tho.

Cyber with all due respect engineering is worthless compared to the power of business. It was business that forged the growth of the world. Human greed will never cease to exist. Engineer brought you electricity, heating, refrigeration,cellphones, telecommunications and the list goes on. Just because an engineer invents the product it doesn't mean it will commercially feasible. Not to mention business students learn to create money from nothing. Top that.

Without engineers, you wouldn't even be making these ridiculous comments on this page, it's because of engineers that you can fly around the world, drive around etc

@catklyst That is almost correct, engineers need business to be able to sell their stuff. But you'Re forgetting 2 things:

1. without engineers there wouldn't be anything to sell (proving that business, or at least healthy business needs engineers)

2. businesspeople are in fact able to sell nothing for profit, but in the last 3 years we have seen where that leads...

so at least engineers build something we can grip and don't just sell you hot air like it was the best thing ever.

@dojOdRiFTeR ture but engineering is all about complex mathamatics that you will have to use for life if you want to get a head in you furture. You have to be really good math wise solving Physic's equations using Multivariable Calculus. I was an engineering major but Chemisty is rediculous I passed every class in Engineering but bombed in Chemistry

@dojOdRiFTeR MPA is real a good degree, it combination of skills in Information Techology, Managment, Civl Engineering, Political Science and Government including good Leadership. MPA degree includes jobs Federal lvl Executive lvl Legistive Lvl. More Students take PA courses after completing their degrees in Civil Engineering. Business Degree offer much less and after you graduate jobs are hard to find. If you dream about getting job in the FBI you would need thes Degrees Civil Engineeri and MPA

@catklyst to become a businessman, you don't even need to have a bachelor's degree in business. The biggest and most successful companies in the world are FOUNDED by Engineers and TECH peoples.. Examples are Microsoft, Sony, Ford, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Google, Apple, Yahoo, Facebook, Honda etc. just to name a few..

Unlike the majority of businesses that these business wannabe's have founded which are mostly based on some crafty sales talk like insurances, consulting, selling inspirational talks etc..

Engineers can also Start their own business and can be very Successful depending on the person.

Some of the greatest business have been created by some one with an Engineering background.

Someone with an Engineering background will always have some advantage over other careers.

Even If you don't use your Engineering degree you can jump easily to other areas and Succeed.
