It was not mistake... it was bad luck.... something gone wrong with steering before the crash...
he has broken steering, when he hit a barrel full of sand

Yep, something is definitely wrong with the steering.
Look at 33 to 38, the left front wheel is moving with the steering wheel but the right front wheel stays the same

I seems like something is wrong with the steering. before the crash you could see that the front right wheel is pointing the wrong way
