In the picture at 0:18, you could see very well that he has the same bone structured face like Deborah, and at a closer inspection I would go as far as to say that he has her smile and dimples! :)

Spacedream says Mr. Shrapnel looks like his grandmother at 0:18. I say he is the exact image of his mother in that particular picture.
