Fleetwood Mac in my top 5 bands of all time!!! I'm telling ya the stars aligned when Mick Fleetwood joined up with Lindsey and Stevie..I'm hoping they do one more concert together and Christine comes back and plays just one more time for a last concert tour!!! My daughter bought me a FM video for Christmas one year where Lindsey actually loads up the reels and slides faders up and down on the mixing console as he talks about Rumors and how some of the songs were witten. It is interesting.

Where did you get this!?!?! :'( - The final version is better, agreed. If you want HQ you can encode it in HD video, using standard formats you'll get the audio to good quality. @curtis8516 I don't think so, it's only a demo so the sound's not going to be superb. It's not a master or anything.

@ourbovinepublicxx I have the master of it... there is something wrong with the high ends on the cymbals and high hats even on the master... probably due to constant dragging of the tape on the heads of the player? But look at my videos soon and find the cassette master copy of it...

You are right.. this was around the time she was in Betty Ford..her vocal parts were recorded later on..during the final phases believe it or not.. Stevie submitted her demos to the band before treatment.. Juliet, Joan Of Arc.. etc.. but it wasn't until she got out that the rest came along.. "Welcome To The Room...Sara" was about her experience at the clinic.. her vocal parts here and there also came post treatment..

@ourbovinepublicxx probably because later stevie's voice actually had to be remixed into the songs because she was busy with her solo career when the "tango in the night" songs were first recorded.

@jobjock My understanding is Stevie was in rehab for most of the recording of Tango? And that the album was mostly finished, then when she got out the rest of the band members (especially Mick) insisted she was added to the record. Also that Lindsey felt as a result the record was compromised and that's why he left the band? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.

@jobjock Stevie's voice was added in the choruses - saying "tell me lieeees" just before the final cut was made. She was in rehab when most of the album as being made, and came out towards the end of Little Lies' recording/creation. The band almost unanimously decided that Stevie's voice had to be in there somewhere, but Lindsey Buckingham disagreed and went on a 'break'

You're very welcome, and I too think that Christine and Lindsey have such a knack for knowing what the other is going to do with their voice that they sound amazing together. They don't get enough credit for how good their voices sound *together*, as oppose to with Stevie's. Oh, and I've got loads of "TITN" demos which I shall post over the next couple of days.
