how can they smoke weed out there if its in seattle? it looks way better then the 420 at the museum in vancouver, that shit was weak. it was just a bunch of dirty street people and punk kids who thought they are gansters, thought it was going to be hippies and relaxed fools like myself who just smoked together, instead nobody really wanted to share with anybody, and the cops made sure nobody left the museum grounds, i kind of wish i hadn't gone. this seems like the fest is still in the prime.

Well, In Seattle the police takes Jaywalking more seriously then someone smoking a joint, not that you want to walk out there in public like that, but its the order from the head of police. the cops are there on the fest, everywhere, but just in case of "emergency" people are free to smoke as much as they want.
