  • 02:15 unboxification!

  • no the wont

  • Anyone know if the Ivy Bridge CPUs will come with new chipsets?

  • @PunctualProletariat x77 chipset

  • Can this motherboard charge ipods while turned off, Like the Gigabyte ON/OFF Charge ?

  • @acapon definitely

  • Would you say that this would be a good board to over-clock the i7 2600k on?

  • @acapon well if you need to ask, you don't know what the hell you're doing.

  • @acapon

Yes... especially with the new bios or UEFI makes overclocking so much better.

  • @tyrt100 i actually purchased this board a while back now :) i did an unboxing on my account. check it out.

  • i just got this board in from newegg today, now I have to wait for my processor

  • he forgot the 2 Oz Copper PCB !

  • I would prefer the extreme3 gen3.

  • @Militarwizard Why..?

  • Too shiny...

  • Overrated mobo is overrated.

  • FIVE PIN PS2 NOT FUCKING SIX PIN ARRRGGGHH NERRD RAAAGE

  • What are the requirements to use SLI video cards

  • @glock1234able sli compatible power supple, motherboard

  • @glock1234able depends on what card you are trying to run, most people use 750-850watts.

  • @glock1234able

To run SLI you need to have a decent PSU (2x 560 ti probably 750 2x 570s probably 850 or 1000w just to be safe)

then you would need a motherboard that runs at the following bandwidth: SLOT 1:16x SLOT 2: 8x minimum (there is close to no difference in performance of 16x or 8x) for 2 way sli

    for 3 way SLI

    SLOT1: 16x Slot2: 8x minimum SLOT3: 8x minimum

    Hope it helps

  • @uniman6699 im running two evga 570's on a 750 so 750 is a little bit for 2 560's

  • Yay this mobo just got delivered to me yesterday!

  • Lucky that's there is no c68 chipset, that would be confusing when pronounced just like z68 in american english haha

  • Is it just me, or does that board seem slightly warped?

  • curious george is wondering if a nh-d14 will fit in this MB

  • Why are the first two pci-e slots so close together? Many of the video cards require two slots, so one of those will be covered!

  • @54carlje

the second one i believe is a pci-e 2.0 the top, the middle, and the last ones are pci-e 3.0

still you can run 2-way and 3-way multi gpu set-ups

  • hi paul...how are you?...well,i like to ask if you could feature or unbox a motherboard with dual cpu...thanks...

  • Do USB 3.0 ports work with any normal size USB cable? Or do those need to be upgraded?

  • @Truesoldier000 works with any. Backwards compatibility FTW :D

  • THIS is what I call a great unboxing!

  • Nice MB Love it & it Looks cool....

  • PAUL!

  • Installation CD?

Pooooo... I was hoping it would have it all on a chip on the board itself or something. So much for buying my optical drive last... lol

  • I just received my ASRock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen3, amazing motherboard, cost me less than $135 on Newegg, looks extremely sexy, very nice features, just amazing <3

  • @Reaper2794 I was thinking about gettin one of these. How is the performance? :D

  • @Amuffin456 Working great bro, I have not overclocked as I'm not doing that as of yet, but it's a fantastic board, looks just sexy, required 7 standoffs, standard ATX size, Z68 chipset, PCI-E 3.0 slot, power/reset buttons, Debug LED, for the price it's great

  • why is there a lot of gay loving paul ppl on this channel?

    wtf!

  • 07:52 It has PS2 support?! I cans play PlayStation 2 on dis mothaboard??

    (derp)

  • I never understood why SATA cables comes with motherboard and not the HDD...

  • I don't like asrock!

  • paul .......that is all wheres my thumbs now>?

  • Comment removed

  • Is it suppose to have a gold glossy finish or is that the lighting? Not that id buy anything by ASRock.

  • It certainly is a great looking motherboard, but I rather spend the same amount of cash in a Gigabyte.

  • Great board! Nice review!

  • easily plug-inable 10:40

  • @chrisfur2 HA! New word of the day.

I like your unboxification Paul. Thank you! Btw, would you guys do a Shuttle game system build How-to or a review/recommendation?

  • paul :D

  • $275.

Just looked up asrock on wikipedia. used to be a sub of ASUS, now appears to be a separate company as of 2008. 3rd largest mobo maker in the world (surprising!).

  • ship to fucking europe

  • Comment removed

  • gme dat mb plox

  • whats the cost on this mobo?

  • can you guys do a review of the asus M5A97 Evo?

  • Lots of inception going on...

  • Review the FX AMD CPUs!

  • Is it just me, or is that one strange mobo?

  • @erikdravn i thinks its pretty strange too o.o

  • Does the board seem warped when he's talking about the I/O?

  • well, i guess 1155 is the way to go cause the launch of bulldozer today may have been exiting for amd fans, but for users like me who wanted to have the opportunity to beat the core i7 with the 8 core chip have been disappointed that windows 7 cannot utilize all 8 cores correctly, so the fx-8150 comes under the i5 2500k and even lower than the overlocking king, the i7 920. good try amd, but you needed this probably when intel released the core 2 chips. 2500k for me.

  • paul for ever

  • Paul, you rock.

  • Hi paul!

  • am i the only one who thinks paul is kinda sexy, despite being straight?

  • @FaceSTAB411 ''straight''

  • Paul.

  • Is the Asrock Z68 Extrem4 Gen3 for the price better?

  • PAUL IS BACK! for now at least. :DDDD

  • >100 USD monthly energy bill

    >Problem?

  • @LXBD Who are you quoting, faggot?

  • @blizzaroxx your fat slut mother. Problem?

  • The commenting of the name "Paul" in these videos seems to be synonymous with getting the top rated comment. Lets give that a try...

    PAUL!

  • @ClintonKeenan well you managed to get in the top comments :p

  • @ClintonKeenan Synonymous? Dude, that means a word has synonyms. You mean proportional.

  • @sdmgres actually he used the word correctly. the word can also mean similar. not just similar words that have the same meaning.

  • @ayondie So synonymous is synonymous for similar? Doubt it.

  • @sdmgres

If you put "define...synonymous" into Google, the 2nd definition it comes up with is "Closely associated with or suggestive of something: "his deeds had made his name synonymous with victory".".

  • @ClintonKeenan Yes, but that means that you are implying the same idea. That means that his deeds were as good as him. Therefore a person who did good deeds was synonymous with this man. The comment here was that if you type "Paul", you are more likely to get top comment. He isn't using it to imply an idea, he is saying that an increase in x means an increase in y; x being the word "Paul" and y being chance of top comment. Therefore they are proportionate.

  • @sdmgres

Closely associated. Suggestive. Both things that apply to my comment. Why does this even matter?

U JELLY I GOT TOP COMMENT?

  • @ClintonKeenan I'm not even going to explain myself purely because of your ignoramic remark at the end.

  • @sdmgres

Haha, I see my resort to internet retard-mess has got the desired effect. We all know the saying; arguing on the internet is like the special olympics, even if you win, you're still retarded. Lol.

  • paul

  • OMG PAUL THAT WAS SOME AWESOME UNBOXIFICATION THERE!!

  • @djinn690 lmao

  • >ASRock

    >Extreme

    >Problem?

  • This is a very nice, high end board. The GEN 3 is awesome!

  • OH

    MY

    GOD

    IT'S

    PAUL!

  • WASSUP PAUL

  • Rather want SATA to Molex. No one need more than 2-3 SATA connectors anyway.

  • Nice try asrock, seems like it isn't a relaible mobo yet.. According to the reviews.

  • @APhamx7 I only buy ASRock, and I have only had one tiny problem with a board after using the company to build five different PCs. One audio jack didn't work, and I RMAd it. The new one had no issues.

In fact, nobody I know who has owned ASRock has had a significant issue with the boards. Only stupid DOA/RMA problems that you get with every brand.

  • I'd go homo for Paul and the motherboard... but mostly Paul.

  • yay asrock

  • PAULPAULPAULPAULPAULPAULPAULPAULPAULPAULPAUL

  • @boomerang342126 PAUL SOMETHING THE NEWEGG GUY!

  • Nice BTW PERTAMAX
