what about the relay? my AMP kit right now is running a relay, and i wanna use the same kit for morimoto mini H1 projector. Do i have teo buy a new relay from RTS or can i use my old relay?
also, Do I need to open the headlight apart with a heat gun in order to put the lens on? I never done this things before. Also I would like just the low beam I don't wnat to convert it to a bi-xenon. I hope you are able to help me with my car.
HI, I got a 08 camry with philips 6000k 35watt hids on it. I wanted to know if the morimoto H11 5000k 35watt won't damage my wires or my headlights. also my since my car has projectors from factory I wanted to know If i can buy just the lenses for it since I believe that the lenses it has from factory are plastic and it reduces light output. Now there's two things I really hope you can answer. 1) Do you know what is the size of the lens for my car.?
For your 08 Camry, we have a bracket that will adapt the Morimoto Mini H1 bi-xenon projector to mount up directly inside the housing without any actual retrofitting work at all, just plug n play.
It's not going to damage your wiring at all, in fact you can still re-use your existing Philips 35w HID kit, alongside a set of H1 bulbs to fit the projectors - and that's all you need.
The headlight will indeed have to be opened though, but that's relatively simple-
wait... whats the difference between D2S and a regular HID bulb?
I may have my references mixed up but I have read something somewhere saying the same thing that D2S is different and that there were various other bulbs out there.
I just need some teaching here so I can better understand all this
EXACTLY the info I needed! Simple, and straight to the point! thanks!

send us an email at Answers AT theretrofitsource com for a full explanation - but D2S is the standard bulb used in all OEM HID based projectors.

@warning2408 requires a lot of work, ull need a projector shroud, but alignment is the biggest issue, once its in, its in for good.
