Me either. They are complicated for what other lower cost rifles can achieve. They have a gas recoil system that can jam up if not taken care of every time you shoot it.
Secondly, the ABC special was biased. Who conceal carries a gun they have handled for less than 1 hour? A police officer gets several months with his gun, these kids, while experienced shooters, got an hour or so with there's.

Watch the shooting segments again. The shooter enters, engages the speaker and does not engage the armed victim until that victim identifies themselves by standing and attempting to draw their weapon. 4-5 seconds on each one by my count. I'm not defending dateline as they're a bunch of criminals, but at least do some homework.

They placed the student in the same seat every time. The instructor knew who the student was as they had trained them and knew who to look for. The shooter was a highly trained fbi range officer. The student was wearing gloves, a long shirt, an unfamiliar holster and gun combo, a neck brace which kept them from looking down to aid in retrieval of the firearm.
Thiis is a no win situation when the instructor goes after them first or nearly first every time with a gun at the read.

Well what they didn't tell you is watch the video again. The perp was firing as soon as he saw the other gun the armed civilian only returned fire. Watcdh again and look at the top left corner you will notice powder bursts from the bullets hitting the wall behind the desk.

I have my gun locked up in a safe and its bolted to the floor and my ammo is separate and locked in another box and the magizines are locked separate alos so you have to break into 3 separeate box to use the gun plus trigger locks a kid can have a gun when he or she turns 18 thats the way I feel about it and get a permit also would be even better but I alway have one on me loaded and ready to go but I always have control over it.and never let no body near it or hand it to any one loaded

What 20/20 didn't say about the gun show is that the FFL dealers are inside the building in VA. They went and bought those guns from a private individual and in VA private face to face sales have no background checks. In VA we have an instant background check, just as the FEDS want for FFL dealer purchases. 20/20 are decietful bastards. Additionally, when I started teaching my kids, I first took an old, sealed ammo can, filled with water, placed it downrange about 20 feet, and shot it with my .38 revolver. The kids reaction was "HEY, SO COOOOLL!!!" I expected that... I then let them shoot a couple of ammo cans them selves...
At that point I placed a cantelope downrange for each of them. They each took a shot with a FMJ round so as to make a clean pass through without destroying the back side of the melon.

Well what they didn't tell you is watch the video again. The perp was firing as soon as he saw the other gun the armed civilian only returned fire. Watcdh again and look at the top left corner you will notice powder bursts from the bullets hitting the wall behind the desk.

GUNS ARE NOT DANGEROUS PEOPLE MAKE THEM DANGEROUS. I have found that shooting a gun soothes you. Blowing the fuck out of something just gives ya some kind of enjoyment. Screw the government, when they wanna ban my guns they can come take them from me themselves.
