Trains are moving much slower at this crossing (today is 7/31/10). I believe it's due to speed restriction due to crumbling concrete ties.

BTW, that locomotive is an F40PH, not a SD40

ya there is a airbase there at the south weymouth station you see a coast guard bouy maintance facuilty and the airbase is accesible from there
