Take away their fancy weaponry, their " menacing ", horse - shoe shaped ships, their fancy magic staffs, & the Ori Priors would be just a bunch of pale - skinned gits pushing a whacky space version of religious fundamentalism. They'd be no match for the Gou'ald, Replicators or the Wraith of Atlantis. They're straw villains.
I don't recall Vala wearing a pink teddy w / black frills in " Unending ", ( 2:20 ) I'm pretty sure I would've.
& the spaceship has matter replication technology to whip up Christmas decorations & cellos - Gee, where have we seen that before ? ( Just in ST: TNG, DS9 & Voyager..... ) ;-) Still, a good series finale.
Claudia Black is really quite beautiful, except she has a nose that looks a tad crooked & protuberant. Can't believe that I missed her teddy scene in " Unending ".
Poor Daniel had had to put up with so much crap from her that an affair with her was REALLY the last thing on his mind, no matter how appealing she made herself. At least that's my take on their " interpersonal dynamic " !!
ah yes i really hate the episode..because its the last..but nice that vala and daniel had a relationship..but still i think there schoud have put Jack in the episode too.
true that, i wiah they never stoped but i heard if the ark of truth and continuum where a big hit then they might come back and do an 11th season with i hope they do.
Is there going to be a new Stargate series for Sky one?
I hope there is, as i really liked SG-1 and Atlantis.

They used a lot of " saggy skin " prosthetic make - up to age them, it doesn't quite look natural.
Makes them look like Boris Karloff wannabes..... Not much else to nit - pick about, though.
