How'd this crab walk thing get started, anyway? Who was the first spy to take out his disguise kit, hold it above his head, crouch-walk around for a bit, and be told by one of his friends that he looks like a crab?

Um, the animation is screwed up so they would fix the animation. It doesn't have to be an exploit to have to be fixed... -_-

Umm ill ask again, whats there to fix? The animation is not screwed up. Thats how it looks when you crouch, look up, and walk while you are choosing a disguise. Nothing is wrong with the animation at all. So since its not a glitch, exploit, balance issue...etc., there is nothing to fix.

I guess not. I must be missing something then...But your reply does not help enlighten the issue. Why don't you describe exactly what is wrong with the animation instead of questioning my intellect. I can be a smart ass too and point out that you used "your" incorrectly in you're last reply, but that does not bring any value to my argument. Please respond with a constructive reply next time rather than belittle me.

I acknowledged the fact that your use of "your" means nothing. I guess you missed that in my previous post. But I do appreciate the fact that you pointed out exactly what you thought was wrong with the animation and I agree that the head doesnt look all the way up and the arms dont look "normal". But my question is, is this really something that Valve will go through the trouble of fixing? Over an animation which some might SUBJECTIVELY think that it "looks wrong".

My point is that this animation has no effect what so ever in gameplay so I wouldnt consider it a "glitch".

But my point is that even though it has no effect on gameplay it is still a glitch. Or whatever you want to call it! If you read the changelogs on updates you would see they fix this kind of stuff ALOT! More then gameplay issues.

Well, id say that it could have an effect on gameplay. For example, if all your spys are looking up in the air they are pretty much empty spots on your team...
