I bought this product ,and it works just fine for me. I use it with BearShare. Since BearShare enables DRM unless you buy the song. I would recomend you get BearShare and download all music. Without buying. Then convert with this product.

need to get a new one and that is where the headaches begin.
I was told after being a customer for three years that they have download limits.
There are other softwares out there where you own your license forever !!
The headaches you must endure with company is just now worth it !!
