Go to a busstop and

take it to Residential District. Head right up the 2 sets of clams, and right

at the crossroads. Activate the Water Ball Super Power Pad and aim to hit the

target. Activate the Super Stregnth Super Power Pad and climb the cliff. Keep heading right

past all the obsticles. You come across Sandy's Tree Dome. Hope it helped! :)
