My kids, 8 yrs. and 6 yrs. old loved it. I was worried they wouldn't last through it, but they did. I loved this movie and can't wait for my favorite, the sequel, The Voyage of The Dawn Treader. If my son can watch Star Wars IV, this is a piece of cake.
my siblinings 9 + 10 (+one is a girl) loved it, there was no suggestive-ness or cursing, just a hearty story and action, plus a light romance, which was not dramatically serious, so I say it's suitable for kids about 8-9+

I saw this movie and had read the book, I thought this movie was simply amazing, I absolutely loved it, it was a lot of fun, and definitely reccomend it.
The second film has a more political intrigue type storyline. It's good but it's totally different than the first movie. The sooner that you realize that Caspian is a mix of serious political costume drama w/slight situational humor rather than the first film's Entering a magical realm/wonderment and clear good + evil the more you'll enjoy it.

You won't be (I hope). Personally I felt that this movie NEEDED to be seen on a big screen for it's first viewing. There are so many scenes that demand to be seen BIG and not on a little tv screen (DVD). The final battle is a perfect example of this.

I say this with my friend and we where both amazed through the whole movie. It was sooooooo good! I especially loved the part with Susan and Caspian, Susan is a lucky girl! ;)
My six year old sister sat through it the whole time and was completely captivated, As was I. I loved it and thought everything about was great.
Of course unlike most people I dont go to a movie and look for the negative attributes. I find the good in pretty much every movie I wach, so I rarely dislike a movie.

I saw this movie and had read the book, I thought this movie was simply amazing, I absolutely loved it, it was a lot of fun, and definitely reccomend it.

The second film has a more political intrigue type storyline. It's good but it's totally different than the first movie. The sooner that you realize that Caspian is a mix of serious political costume drama w/slight situational humor rather than the first film's Entering a magical realm/wonderment and clear good + evil the more you'll enjoy it.

wow these people are pretty stupid. He asks, who are the bad guys? What?! Did these people even WATCH the movie at all? I guess for this show they get opinions from people with really small brains.

You won't be (I hope). Personally I felt that this movie NEEDED to be seen on a big screen for it's first viewing. There are so many scenes that demand to be seen BIG and not on a little tv screen (DVD). The final battle is a perfect example of this.

I've seen this movie twice already and I loved it! It was so interesting, and yes it was long but that was okay with me because except for the Telamrine parts, it was interesting. Of course, thatn was beciase I love Edmund half to death anyways so I was happy to see him some more!

It's 2 and a half hours WITH the credits. Its only 3 hours and about 17 minutes without the credits.

I say this with my friend and we where both amazed through the whole movie. It was sooooooo good! I especially loved the part with Susan and Caspian, Susan is a lucky girl! ;)

My six year old sister sat through it the whole time and was completely captivated, As was I. I loved it and thought everything about was great.
Of course unlike most people I dont go to a movie and look for the negative attributes. I find the good in pretty much every movie I wach, so I rarely dislike a movie.
