aggree with Jaycc81000 about it being a bot, no harm ofc, you can see looks for a shade-variation of the green to increase pixel search speeds. thats why the mouse curser looks so jumpy.

Your right. Not that many other people noticed either. A normal person usually moves the paddle to the bottom of the playing space to track the ball, but a pixel based botter just keeps the mouse on the ball 100% of the time.
