ok, I did as you explained, and everything worked just find put when I go and input passwd it gives me this output, here is all what was done on the terminal screen:

Faisals-iPod:~ mobile$ su root

Password:

Faisals-iPod:/var/mobile root# passwd

dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libgcc_s_v6.1.dylib Referenced from: /usr/bin/passwd Reason: image not found

so I go again and input passwd and it gives the same fucking output

to send command on winscp you need to right click on mobile terminal and select custom command and thenthe enter... on. just put the command in there. great vid thanks
