@crsbt Same here. I'm not American, but I'm an avid fan of Ron Paul's and it's clear as day that he's the only electable GOP candidate. I'm amazed at how many people in the US allow the media to mould their opinions for them.
Gary Johnson is the best presidential candidate for the american people. He has the most logical and ethical economic solutions for this nation as a whole. I ask that you at least research him, and if you do not, if I did know you, I'd have to ask, why are you voting when you do not have all the facts? Why vote only for your own sake instead of for the sake of our nation . Take some time and read, and see what else is out there? besides what the media tells you
---If a candidate qualifies to be on the debate stage, THEY Should All Get Equal Time! The American People Should Select Their Next President, NOT THE ESTABLISHMENT.---
My comment was a bit strong . It was not an isolated comment, rather it was one that was posted after a long string of polite insertions of valid debate points. They were met with the most boorish over the top replies that I just let fly with what I really thought. Take care , Thanks for the reply
LOL, another Ron Paul whiner and complainer. God what crybabies these Paul supporters are. Now they are coming out of the woodwork insisting that my tv screen should be filled with crackpot and antequated libertarian BS. Keep Paul out of the debates entirely. That is my vote.
@lizardgizard2002 No doubt that a retired Canadian speech writer is overqualified to comment on U.S. politics. I'm sure that droll witticisms are your forte. Perhaps you should relive your halcyon days of speeches you have written extolling the virtues of forced flossing of 3 year olds, or the benefits of increasing the amount of fluoride introduced into the water supply of 1st nation communities. Or your favorite,The Manitoba Beet producer regulatory manifesto of 1963
@sailfished What do we have here? Looks like a crazy fart conspiracy theorist that thinks he is a Libertarian. Yes, I know all your truths, 9/11 was caused by little green government men and Obama was born under a turnip plant. Yes fluoride rots your teeth and chemtrails are raining death on your delusional and paranoid existence. Blah, blah, blah. I guess it is common for conspiracy theorists to be Paul cult members, they are as gullible as hell, believing any BS that is spouted. Mental midget.
@lizardgizard2002 A mind is like a parachute, it only functions when properly packed. Let's start with an easy one ,shall we? are you under the the impression that chemtrails don't exist? that there is no geo-engineering of our atmosphere> I assume that since the evidence is overwhelming that it would have come across even your radar screen but perhaps not . Are the search engines in Canada different than in the U.S. . I would be happy to carry on a conversation,
@lizardgizard2002 So what you are saying is that you lack the intellect to decide for yourself whether or not you agree with Ron Paul; instead you'd prefer that CBS make that choice for you, by shutting him out of the debate with just 90 seconds in an hour of "debate." Fair enough. You don't care about freedom for yourself, so I can't expect you to care about freedom for others.
@Ipso80 If I saw Ron Paul in excess of 2 minutes, the tv woul be off. Cut the "freedom" BS. If you do not feel you are free that is your stupid ass problem. What are you lacking, education, gumption that you feel so insecure and trapped. Stop the whining and complaining, go out and volunteer to help someone instead of stewing in your selfish Paul cult existence.
@lizardgizard2002 So wait... You are saying that Ron Paul's stances of anti-warmongering and anti-torture are somehow problematic... Somehow anti-American... Somehow unworthy of you even hearing them? Since you are pro-torture and pro-war then, I don't care to discuss anything more with you.
Calling Ron Paul's following a cult is rather laughable, since his following is the only GOP candidate's who WOULDN'T blindly follow American propaganda simply because it's easy to do. We love the message.
@Ipso80 Please point out where I said I was pro torture or pro war. In the words of Perry, "oops", eh? I simply do not support Ron Paul. He is wrong about history, economics and political reality. Cults are not the majority as in 'all christians' but a minority as in 'Paul parrots'.
@lizardgizard2002 And if Paul was so wrong about economics, how did he correctly predict the situation we're in now while the rest of DC acted as if they couldn't have seen it coming?
@lizardgizard2002 Umm... If you would turn off Saturday's foreign policy debate because of Ron Paul's positions, then in fact, you ARE pro-torture and pro war; as he is very much anti-war and anti-torture... If you'd find his positions in THAT debate to be incorrect, then you are in fact, pro-war and pro-torture; as with the exception of Huntsman, that's what the rest of the GOP is.
He's not wrong about history. He's right about blowback and unintended consequences of our foreign interventions.
@lizardgizard2002 In point of fact, creditable fact finding entities used to track donations, the very media that likes to downplay him, & even the military's own media publications state this. And considering damn near everyone in my battalion has been backing Paul, for at least the past year, I'd say I've stated facts. Should check into it yourself before making assumptions.
@lizardgizard2002 An aging, lonely gentleman who intentionally makes trite and meaningless comments in order to induce people to reply to him. Sad,. Thoughtful, kind people do exist , it is not too late to rejoin humanity
Thank Jerry Doyle, you might not as big an audience as Rush Limbaigh but you'll get through to people, its urgent though people have to register republican because it all comes down to the primary.
Message to Jerry Doyle, listeners, everyone. DRUDGE report .Click on the story Obama ,Americans are a little lazy, 1st Comment, Sailfished [me] with over 600 thumbs down, A record I am sure, Read my comment and tell me if you disagree or not.
I do not disagree, but I believe that labels like "globalist" and "neocon" shut down the debate with people who do not understand the context or meaning of those words. These people are still heavily influenced by the machinations of the false left-right paradigm. They refuse to see that the globalist agenda has moved steadily along and been implemented under the watch of both parties.
