  • as long as you are believing that you can not lose weight you will not lose the weight you are telling your subconious that you can not do it and then your body is carrying out what your asking for not to lose the weight.

  • Sorry but high cortisol levels DO keep someone who is truly not overeating from losing weight. I have experienced it for many years. I eat less than most people and very healthy but cannot lose my gut.

  • Exactly - note what the guy is saying at 3:40 - higher stress levels cause the higher cortisol levels. Address the stress.

  • @lilayniee You are doing it wrong. IF you want to lose fat naturally and without EFT's, you don't do low cal diets, you have to eat more meals in smaller portions. Every bodybuilder will tell you the same thing.

  • The participants in these videos are very good and help to make these videos a great success. I love the demonstrations and watching you facilitate these wonderful seminars. Such good information in them all!
