Kos is just telling his guys hard work pays off, his classic saying...

if they train hard now, then maybe later, they'll be able to get into ufc,

go further with their mma career etc, but it's gunna take hard work...

you're not gunna see rewards and success from working hard right away....

maybe he said it in a dumb way, but the general idea makes sense.. to me anyways .

The humor here is that Koscheck misspoke; He probably meant to say;

"The harder you work now, the MORE you'll get rewarded".

This, along with him on record wanting to "Motorboat GSP's ass"(?), asking GSP for a french kiss, saying "I accomplished how to grass(?) Vaseline up my ass", as well as various stumbles during conversations, leads to the conclusion that talking is hard for Mr. Koscheck.
