  • I have a Mercury II receiver and I don't understand the need to seek upgrades if it works fine. The company support sucks, but from what I have seen from others theirs do also. There are a few which has good support, and those are the ones I want to know about since I will be getting a new receiver sometime in the future.

  • yes there are rumors they will be back but then you find out how major dealers are dumping kbox because of no support. at least with nfusion they have announcements, nothing from kbox
