I wouldn't mind at all getting the tales series based on the Aesliea timeline ported.

Yeah there should be a remake for the next generation and even a sequel, but with the actual characters not the main characters from this game take a side notice. I want Cless with a new adventure, maybe go back in time meet Lloyd, get Kratos back using eternal sword and get ready for the mind shattering awesomeness that game would be :)

Yes, that was the first Tales of... and was originally for the Snes. This is the remake for the PS1.

No it doesn't it is a terrible port on the GBA

It doesn't have the opening or the other cutscenes

The color scheme of the graphics looks terrible

Most of the RPGs on the GBA are Punishingly easy including this one

Most of the extra features are entirely pointless

Nintendo does too many changes with the game when they port it to a console or a handheld and they are just a profitable corporate company

This version is a little slower then the SNES version. I played both at the same time and I had to pause/play the SNES version to slow it down. The words are definitely the same by the way.

i Love this GAME :)! Well of course, even though it's in japanese Language, but I Love opening in japanese version... but when it comes to like the subtitle of characters in japanese... of course it's hard, because i'm just guesssing the missions:) still i love them:) But can anyone tell me the names of the characters, in ENGLISH MODE? ESPECIALLY the Main character with the cape and sword and also the name of the girl he fisrt met wearing a nurse like costume:)

Well actually, the cd was recked so i had to throw it away:(... I still play ps1 games, even though i have ps2.. I like my Favorite Tactics game of all, Final Fantasy Tactis! A.K.A FFT OR THE LION WAR! Even though i didn't finished the tales of Phantasia.. I'll PLAY IT IN JAPANESE MODE STILL!! I'D RATHER BE STUCK IN A MISSION SO HARD THAN TO LOSE THE JAPANESE SONG:)!! because some translated jap. to englisg version, don't put the original songl.. well, Thanks again sasuke:) really appreciate it.
