The review is not to determine if it is a goal or not exactly. It is moreso to determine if they can without a doubt overturn the call on the ice. Which isn't 100% on the video. You need absolute evidence to overturn the call and the angles in Montreal are much better than the ones we are seeing.

What's upsetting was that there was no explanation about why it's not a goal. The NHL should consider doing that if it's a contraversial goal.

clearly a goal. at 1:26 you can see the stick is behind the goal line, leaving no room for imagination where the puck would be.
this would be like saying a goalie reached back to grab the puck out of the air while it clearly crossed the line, but the glove isn't over. It is conclusive, it is logical.

ya it is... If the puck is in the glove, and the glove is the net, then its a goal, without conclusive evidence,
