I ran em in the past, i run em now, and i will run em in the future,......and not pay a dime,.....all in spite.

I am very dissapointed with this red light violation which is i dont obey it. I was caught on franklin park, IL. i was turning right and the light is RED. and i dindnt see anything " NO TURN ON RED " i contess with picture and explain it. everything it by mail but this assholes send me mail again " LIABLE " so i must pay for it 100$ im just working 9.75 per hour and this is what i got from government which is wrong. I rather pay it if i do really beat the red lights. this is a scam to the public

@M4A108 - you have to come to a complete stop before turning right on red. A complete stop. It is a simple law.
