That was an essential speach. I loved the tip, "Nobody's gonna value you, any more than you value yourself". This saying was exactly what I needed to hear. Really insipiring, thanks Paul Love and Chi back atcha
Ive been in the same mindset as what your teaching. Ive lost 40 pounds in the last 6 months with hard work and this kind of understanding. Thank you for your teachings- I will buy your book
I guess people can like or dislike the facts, but they can't ignore them! It's nice to feel the energy and joy of your work-I am very grateful for that. Will do my best to spread the knowledge-in my family, town, country (Latvia)...only the beginning!
here i am its 2am and im getting up at 8am, my spine is gone, i am constipated, i gotta take medicine, im depressed, stressed, eating unhealthy, not working out, sitting all day, worrying, working myself to death...and the worst thing about it is...im 23 years YOUNG but i feel like im 63...this guy makes sense, it seriously hit home for me...thank you very much...honestly...no joke im not being stupid...thank you...a lot...u made a difference for me...i cant say thanks enough...ur great
Your a great guy! and everyone has been laughing at me the last 5 years for eating organic and wearing organic clothes, i feel great and love life. I am going to join your website. Keep up the great work.
Yo CTYE, Thanks for the props my friend! One day everyone will wear naturally produce clothing and laugh in disgust at all the synthetic unsustainable garb we wear now.
With parents permission you can attend any chek institute course. Thanks for your interest, its young people like you that inspire me to work so hard!
I'm 18 and live in Canada as well. I'd like to attend an HLC1 seminar, as well. I am very excited about my future. Is it necessary to attend college to attend a seminar or can I just learn some of the material (your books) myself?
By the way, you are doing a great job, Paul. You are inspiring a lot of us to help the world become a healthier and better place!
I cancelled my lap band dr.apptmnt. today ! I am rethinking about who I am and what I can do for myself.....I have spent almost a year waiting for this "life changing" lap band...but now i look back over the last yr. and I could have helped myself !!!!!!!!!!!
thankyou for your passion and truly 'holistic' approach - 'holistic' in that you use ALL your resourses, including hummor, common sence and logic. G8 stuff!
i fAVorited this because this was the most important and relevant vid of the four, albeit they all are important this needs to be seen by adults every four months to remind them, oh and by the way your the max i could watch a reality show starring you seriously i would love to see you speaking on more than just health, i dont know what your system costs and how much your making but whatever it is your worth more than that, seriously no jokes i was so inspired by this i went out an ran!
Haha, your eccentricity makes these entertaining and funny :D.
You're a great speaker, even though some people may feel that you should have a high-brow business tone. I much prefer the down-to-earth one that you project. The image of you as a person who knows the truth and what they're talking about still comes through perfectly clear in my opinion.
My only concern with Paul is that he drinks a lot of coffee. I wonder if he has cared to study the effects of coffee and its toxins etc etc? He doesnt seem to cover that in any of his lectures. If he truly walks the talk he would not drink coffee because - hello, it is a drug.
You can blame my son, it was his idea, hehe. Thank you for sharing your honest opinion:-) I wish everyone one would, the world would be very different.
malmoker, what is the problem with no shirt? Are you a religious person afraid of a naked body. I'm a nude model since the last 20 years and nothing is more convincing and beautiful than a nude body in shape and happy. I'm a trainer and a massagertherapist, always working with body.
It's funny what Paul did, we need more shoking image like that. PAUL your crazy...as I am too lol -a french crazy canadian looking at your channel!
I'm going to buy the book Friday, How to Eat Move and Be Healthy is the best, I've already shared it with a dozen or so people. Thanks for the great info and for always being available when I have email questions. Paul Chek for President!
Isn't it funny how far our society has gone astray from these very simple facts/ideas of life. Thank you Paul for helping bring people back to the things that Really matter most!
Ahh, yes, happiness. I think this is really one of the most important aspects to lifestyle awareness. Paul said it best... Most people don't even have an awareness of core values, let alone be able to express them... Happy to be a part of the revolution!!
Hey i got a shirt like that. I love the opening "i am here without my shirt on". Every vid should start like that. Great info as always, you cant beat common sense. Voltaire once said "the art of medicine is keeping the patient entertained whilst nature cures them", and "There is nothing so humerous as a doctor that does not die of natural causes" A smart man who also used to lecture with his shirt off!! Be good.
I've had clients that claim their reflection is 'ugly' - others that have body aesthetic ideals that are common in our society --- neither are happy beings.
I-ness. Happiness inside and out. Makes me realize I am serving too many masters.
Each day I see more and more of Dr. Happiness, after decades of despair. Once I defined my core values, and moved in their direction, trivial worries that ruin peoples' days don't even touch me. Paul hit home in a resounding manner with me, when in 2004 he told the audience at a seminar that most people cannot look in the mirror and say, "I love you," and really mean it. I used to be one them. I found my I-ness. The rest followed easily. I can't believe so much of my life was lived in the dark.
