I came across a book at our library, written by the minstrel that followed Wallace. What I could understand of it, pretty much tells the same story. Yeah a lot of the facts were different, but the main focal point was there. I wish I could find it again.

I'm not that nitpicky to say I won't like the movie just because the side facts were out of order. I am just angry Mel Gibson caved in and cut some of the better scenes in the movie. I would have loved to have seen the full five hour version.
