Ha! i always followed this, just never knew it was in such a large scope. Expanded and enhanced my own views for sure. By the way. Nice hair man! Do i spot another man of Rock n ROll with brains? Then theres two of us! huzzah! great video! you have a deep mind. Never judge a book by its covers and all that. You are kind of inspirational actually. Hope you continue to expand your mind, i know i will! be safe!
You have summarized everything that I felt and experienced when I watched it as well, and you did it in such a moving way that it brought tears to my eyes!. Truly, it was everything that I always felt was right, but now can believe for sure. We create our own reality. And hopefully, we can make a reality of love, compassion, and happiness. Keep on discovering more about our beautiful world.
I just watched those videos too and had the same "wow" reaction! It's really cool when here we are in separate countries across a vast ocean and by several months passing that we can come together here on youtube to share our excitement. Thank you!
i agree, brilliant vid that makes you sit up and listen! wow, indeed. "we are all one conciousness, experiencing itself subjectively" ....great isnt it? just the fact that we can even contimplate this, is amazing to me. im on a wee search too, like yourself. good luck to us !
Ledvolta, Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts regarding "Where Science and Buddhism Meet PART 2". I can only feel sorry for those who are so mentally challenged that they are blinded by style vs content. Short attention spans leads them to the kind of thumb sucking childish comments they spew for attention. Ignore them, and some shiny object
will grab their attention.

OMG. I am stopping this video right now...like, ten seconds into this video. Sorry dude, but you should have typed out a comment, like me. You have an "existence" meant not even for radio (which is sad) but only for blogging. SHUT UP ALREADY.
Greco-Buddhism, sometimes spelt Graeco-Buddhism, refers to the cultural syncretism between Hellenistic culture and Buddhism, which developed between the 4th century BCE and the 5th century CE
I strongly recommend The Cosmic Code by Heinz Pagel. It correlates the two, but because it's written by a physicist, it elaborates a lot more on the science (and hence does not partially ignore it for convenience).
well unfortunately i dont know much about audio books but i can recommend an AMAZING movie called "what the bleep do we know" i have a feeling you will love it it deals with the same concepts and is truely wonderful you should be able to find it online for free
ha I completely understand. Watching those videos makes me want to learn more about physics and the universe.
You have to check this out. Type this into youtube Ledvolta, "atom-the key to the universe".
I have watched alot of videos on youtube and google by typing in the subject I want to research. There is alot of information out there if you look for it. Just make sure the info is accurate.
Thank you so much for posting this two part video on Buddhism and Physics. Long ago when I first saw einstein's formula e=mc*c it immediately helped me understand Buddha's teaching about Emptiness. Form is Emptiness, Emptiness is Form, Form and Emptiness are same. Thank you again. Very good work.
Im slowly converting the zen classic the mumonkan to youtube videos. I havent done one for a while because I have been busy, but you can find the part that is done on user/themumonkan
Audio/Video Material: What the Bleep, The Power of Now, Nova's Elegant Universe, Deepak Chopra, The Secret, Quantum Success (book only), Atom: Illusion of Reality... much more
This may be too elementary for you but Alan Watts has some wonderful audio books available in which he relates Buddhism to everyday life. Not science in particular but... everything.
Yes really interesting, what makes what our eyes see real? because 'our eyes' see it? a dogs eyes see in black and white but we see in colour, so how do we know what eyes are perceiving whats real?
we dont know what eyes are percieving 'real'
because 'real' is built by perception and we all percieve differently every, living being has differant sight.
i am not positive if this comes in audio form or not, but a good book on the subject is "Physics of the Soul" by Amit Goswami.

"The Tao of Physics" This is a great book. I think it is available in audio format as well. Mind blowing stuff.

I'd recommend "The Quantum and the Lotus" more than the Tao of Physics. Much deeper, clearer, and scientific.
