@wtrtgr -- Yes they have a lot in common although there are some differences. At advanced levels students learn a lot of higher level Xing Yi skills.

kun tao dragon is a hard/soft style? it has a qigong to go with it?
the move looks nice. open palm could be used instead of fists?
