That wasn't a cable break. The glider over-ran the cable and back released.

This was not a dangerous cable brake, the glider was not airborn !
What is very dangerous is, that the second cable, together with the parachute seams very, very near to the glider !
If it is hanging in for any reason, in most cases such even causes dead or serious injuries !
In Germany, in my glider club we pull it to side at least + 5 m away of the wing and we dismount the parachute.
