Because that's not his style. Think about Higurashi. Was Oyashiro-sama's curse real? Was the Sonozaki family really behind the murders and was the village really in on the whole thing? Ryukishi gives you a picture in your head that seems really clear and obvious, then shows that it's nothing like what you thought it was. Umineko will probably be the same.
