There is not one plant that has all the essential amino acids in correct amounts. The only way Vegans can get the full amounts of vitamins and minerals is if they take supplements.

Walnuts are very high in omega 3s. Americans aren’t having heart attacks for lack of b vitamins or omega 3s, they’re having them due to high cholesterol, which is only found in animal products.

People were yelling shut the Fk up and play. It was a rip off of $250. He is truly a hasbeen Skunk.
