Maybe something happened in her past that has caused this affliction, or maybe she was born with it. Either way, it is nothing to condemn her for.

point where there wasn't enough space to allow her
chest to expand to inhale air I think she probably
passed out within a couple of minutes then quickly
died. I was a caver in wild caves from the late 1960's
to the mid 1990's. If you are in a cave passage that
is getting narrower as you go don't quickly push
forward after you exhale, because if you make a
quick push you may suddenly find there is no
longer enough space to let you inhale.
