@Chosenviper yep. The energy meter is actually a timer which steadily depletes (but if you trip on rocks, it will deplete much more). and if you run out of energy, you lose a life. many other games have this including Monster Lair and the arcade version of Caveman Ninja (a.k.a. Joe and Mac)

compaired with adventure island 2 & 4 for the nes,this version goes back to the concepts of the 1st adventure island game.

no map screen,no indevidual world map screens,no contineu,no dinosoures,no egg selection once beating a level etc,,nor does it hardly hace some inspritions of it.

even the music does,fit to those thema levels,nor are they pretty good & impressive.

those soundeffects sounds more like nes sound.

the graphics with ttheir axxegerating mode7 effects are okey.

but that,s all.
