@Izkzmach The flag you see in the video is St. George's Cross, the flag of England. The Union Act of 1707 combined the flag of Scotland with the flag of England to make the flag of Great Britain. Then finally in 1801 the Union flag of 1707 was combined with St. Patrick's Cross of Ireland to form the present day Union Jack.

Wrong ! It is the Union Flag not Jack. It only becomes a jack when hoisted on the Jackstaff (the front flagpole) of a ship. Furthermore it can only legally be flown by a commissioned vessel of the Royal Navy. (Queens Regulations Royal Navy publication BR3 refers)
