As a Japanese language, "汽車 (Kisha)" means a "train". I understand 汽車　means a "car" in Taiwan. 心が乱れる　literally means "heart is disordered".

Thank you! You are right that kisha means car in Taiwan; actually, 汽車 means car in Chinese - Taiwan or PRC. As for "heart is disordered", I'll see if I can find a comparable word in English (confused doesn't feel quite right).
