I like this freestyle and the one he did with Kirsty Alley. They are so different from other same ol' freestyles that are fast, hip-hoppish with cheerleading lifts and dancers appearing in layers and taking them off to skimpy outfits...Love the concept, choreagraphy, creativity, passion... great job Maks.

I loved this dance! "It wasn't the bed we rehearsed on." Love that - still laugh about it. I also love that Maks pinches Tom's butt every time they get their scores. I guess it's a tradition now between 'em.

I cried watching this. Maks and Erin were amazing together. They make me smile :) And this performance was so beautiful. They were the best couple of all seasons. (Mel B and Maks were also awesome, but they have a brother-sister relationship :P) Of course Erin wasn't so good in dancing as Nicole or Evan but she improved so much and she had such a great and wonderful chemistry with Maks. They definitely should dating :D ♥

get over BRANDY getting voteted aoff she has no one to blame but herself. she was the partner MAKS this season after such a great season withERin. MAKS is a pro . it is hos job to act like he is liking his partner. I lved this freesstyle even tho it hads been a while since they danced. STILL love these 2 , will patch it up someday. BRANDY is a good dancer and will do well down the road, but people she got voted off, move on.

hmm .. wow, i was kinda disappointed. they did such good routines and for the last dance they do before everyone votes, they did this ? they could've chose to WOW everyone with a bunch of tricks and maks has muscles so the lifts they could've done would've been amazing ! this looks nothing more than a rumba with lifts.

In watching this again, I know what it was that made me feel it was just a 'hair off': the speed of this performance. Yes, they only have 1:50 for the entire routine. With Erin's long legs, the tempo of the routine didn't offer enough opportunities for her to relax certain movements. I personally felt that this was a breath of serious FRESH AIR for the Freestyle competition.

That was some of the best technique I've ever seen on this show. wow, that's the best freestyle ever...& I don't like lyrical dance. Nicole was just standing there & tricking, & Evan was a doofus. i wish they would redo season 10. It is the best season of all times. All the dancers had great chemistry, especially erin and maks. I totally miss them and hopefully they continue that chemistry that they have after the season is done. I guess in a way god sent erin to maks and maks to erin, especially with the drama they faced in their personal lives the past year

Remember Shaun Johnson 's life was threatened too. Probably because niether she nor Mark talk about it or played the victim for sympathy. She was only 17 years old what class and intelligence. Erin needs to stop whatever she is doing and get professional help and give herself time to heal. I saw her on T V 2 days ago. She is a nervous wreck.There is no shame in getting help. Please don't wait too late. I am concerned.

I really, really don't like this freestyle. It is a risk, yes. I see the emotion they put behind it, but I just don't like it as a freestyle dance on DWTS. Erin wasn't at all ready to make moves like that look good.

FOR ME THESE TWO LOVELY PEOPLE HAVE WON coz they have the most memorable dances this season. it started with the waltz (blindfolded). then the argentine tango (the jump or leap). lastly, the very mature & risky freestyle. anyone remember nicole's dances. it has good choreography& technique but it wasn't too powerful that it did not ingrained in people's mind & talked about the next day unlike erin & maks dances.

@methosimortal agreed. I loved evan's dances but with the exception of his jive and argentine tango, I really don't remember alot of them. And I remember none of erin's except for this one because it was so different. It was derek's choreo and nicole's dancing that I remember. THeir 50's paso was incredible, her argentine tango was epic and her very first dance (the cha-cha) I think was amazing in that she did a solo right off the bat.

What a mature sexy performance! It perfectly captured the passion and the push and pull that happens between two strong-willed people who have met their match in one another. This dance definitely personifies Erin and Maks' real-life relationship. It may not be the best freestyle ever, but it's the first lyrical and the most unique one that has ever been done. I didn't breathe the entire time and I couldn't take my eyes off of them. Wow and wow!

I do agree with those who think Derek is the better choreographer. Maks and Anna have done their own choreography. BUT, this show is about how the celebrities proformed. Erin went for it and she really impress me. Was it the best freestyle ever? NO! But it was unique and different and she proformed very well. Nicole was great as usual. But Nicole didn't do anything she wasn't capable of doing. I wasn't impress with her. We have to judge the performance, not who choreograph it.

Why are they allowed to bring in other people to do their choreography for the pros talk about UNFAIR! Maks should have done it himself it just shows that he can't do a freestyle on his own thats disappointing and Erin may have done ballet, but this type of contemporary routines are done much better on SYTYCD. Mandy Moore must be trying to get people to tune in to Fox on Thursday.

This is a stupid freestyle! All they did is roll around the bed and jump on each other, and they did it very rough and unpolished.Dance and show us what you've learned from the last 10 weeks!There is no technique in that dance, cause frankly, not much dancing from Erin here.

It was evocative. The looks on Erin's face at parts... the choreography of conflict, of the struggle with what you want, the love and hate, the passion!... and it was very elegant, I thought, where it was meant to be elegant and rough where it was meant to be rough, and likely difficult. Made the other two a yawn to watch.

@PaulieDi they WERE good. but they did not deserve a 30. they made a pretty big stumble around 2:11 that Carrie Ann mentioned. I LOVE love Erin, but her body movements are just nowhere close to being as fluid as evan or nicole's. that whole leg slide thing at 2:16 was pretty awkward as well. Also, Maks should know by now that Len Goodman dislikes the use of props in dances. I liked it alot, though. =)

@crushxcrushxbaby Len doesn't hate the use of props; Len is just very fickle-he will say he hates this today and loves it tomorrow or vice versa. One of his favorite dances was/is the tango with a prop (sword) by Joey Fatone & Kym Johnson. I'm not sure if it was a tango, but I'm sure they used a prop in their dance. I'm bumped that Erin & Maks or Evan & Anna didn't win but if Erin & Maks date, I'll be happy lol.
