From reading the chords on 911 tabs it says the strumming pattern is

down down up up down up

while looking at you between 3:30 and 3:40 it appears like

down down(accented) down up down(accented)

Just wondering if you could give some clarity on that ?

if it it as the first one reads could you explain it a little? As sometimes down up is one movement other times down up down, im just struggling to work out how it all fits in!

you don't do the same strumming all long:S in the beginning,i just can't get what you're doingXDwhen you're playing,just before explaining what kind of rythm it is, you do 1-2-up-3-up-4,and when you explain it slowly, you're doing 1-2-3-up-4-up-1.not trying to sounds pretentious or anything,just trying to understand the strumming!got my guitar 3 days ago, so...XD could you just tell me where you doing the up beats along the 4 times, please? thank you, i love your videos, you're a great teacher=D

You know, it's easier said than done, but for all of you who are struggling with the strumming - don't get so caught up in it. It will come with time and the biggest thing I can recommend for starters is to just play what feels right. Just go with the natural music flow and don't beat yourself up for not strumming it exactly. Have fun!
