This is one of those rare cases in which i suggest watching the movie first before reading the books, otherwise you'll watch the whole movie and be saying "THAT didn't happen, and neither did that... or that..."

I read Inkspell after the breakup with my first ex, and with all that DRIPPY ROMANCE (it's supposed to be fantasy/adventure) all over the book, it made me more depressed. I was so mad that I suffered through Inkspell only to find that it the damn book just leaves you hanging. Ugh! :(

The movie looks pretty good in this tralier however it is nothing like the book. I would reccomend seeing the movie first THEN reading the book not the other way round like I did. I was unable to enjoy the movie properly because couldnt help but sit thinking 'Wtf? That never happened. Why did they miss out that? Why did they cast him in that role? (Basta)' I guess it would be a pretty watchable movie if it wasnt meant to be based on an amazing book.
