HR is a group that is most likely to have the worst behaved individuals. They are petty and judgmental base on feeling and emotion. They enforce policy unevenly and are often the puppets of upper management. They prey on the service employee and pamper (or turn a blind eye) to the producing employee. They, as individuals and as a group, are proof that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Don't trust them - avoid them.
