For a band to have on rhythm, Rudolf ( my pick for rhythm guitar player of the century) along with guitar god michael, the virtuosity of uli and my personal favorite matthias, plus the longevity of the band, SCORPS has led a charmed life

The Scorpions are still selling out in the U.S. I saw them in Milwaukee a few years ago, and they were better than ever. Now I am living in Germany, so I definitely need to see them in their homeland.

I'm 12 yrs old and I saw Scorpions the first time (and the last time) in Germany, Westfalenhallen. Most people at my age think that the music I listen to is bad. But I know that there's nothing better than rock!

Was at this show, one of the best live experiences ever. Only just got to the camp site, after walking around 30km with loads of bags, tents and jackets (our bus driver left with all our stuff, and didn't want to drive back, so he just dumped it off). Set up the camp, had some beer and a joint, then went off to check things out, and suddenly these guys started playing. Just sat on the ground sipping from a beer and relaxed after a very long day :D

Ah well, this got longer than expected.

Thanks for posting this. That was incredible. Uli is amazing.  He is such a gentle soul. I agree that the Scorpions are very unrated. They are my favorite band. I wish they got more recognition here in the states. Klaus Meine's voice is unreal. So beautiful.

Uli Roth is not an original member! the original were Michael Schenker and Rudolf Schenker. Roth only joined in '73 after Michael left.
