there is one on highway 13 west of shakopee..apparently out of town and corn fields..also in brooklyn park or center my daughter saw them..can get address..and also coming back..from euclair area when you come of the highway for food..at the end of the exit and entrance ramps..these had a cement slab right in the middle and then a ring of grass and cement..so when you come off to get food or gas.they got you before you go left or right..get in touch with me..since we are close.help each other
I live in New Prague Minnesota a small farm town of about 6,000 people. New Prague is located about 40 miles south of Minneapolis. We have had 3 round abouts installed with in the past 3 years or so. Two of them are in town and 1 is located about 2 miles out of town in the middle of no where. I will personally post some video on these roundabouts so you can see that they are for real.

The system's a mess right now though from I last heard. Lockheed Martin is in charge of the whole process and so far they only have ONE terminal in the US capable of reading the cards. There is also a lot of controversy over it because a lot of truck drivers will be laid off because they have a prior felony record.
I have a TWIC card because I need it to access ports for my job. Pretty sophisticated stuff. First you have to go into a specialized TWIC center where they take your fingerprints and ask you about your background. Next, they run a security check on you that typically takes 6-8 weeks (Talked to a guy that took 5 months to authorize). From what I understand if you have any felonies then you're disqualified. Then they call you back in and they upload all of your biodata into a chip inside the card.
Wisconsin has roudabouts popping up all over at the edges of the cities,,by main highways and big walmart super centers close by..Im making the video ..we got 3 in a row and contructing 2 more on the same road to other access from rural to big city,,towns going north of us going upand scheduled to go up by 2010 also..

Checkpoints? Not likely as they are not in strategic locations at all. I don't know about other areas, but where I live in the northern suburbs, I see no evidence to support any fear related to these. Personally I think they're great as they save fuel, and are much quicker to get through... They're essentially 360 degree yield intersections. Very efficient IMO.

I, for one, live in MN & have seen some of these roundabouts being referred to, but I cannot and will not believe what this person is saying about "building huts" in the middle of them. That part is absolutely ludicrous and utter nonsense. Like most of Minnesotans say, "I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, it's just a bunch of BS." Many of the roundabouts I have seen are well built with nice lanscaping, etc. There would be no room for a "hut" on these roundabouts. The guy is looney!!

The system's a mess right now though from I last heard. Lockheed Martin is in charge of the whole process and so far they only have ONE terminal in the US capable of reading the cards. There is also a lot of controversy over it because a lot of truck drivers will be laid off because they have a prior felony record.

I have a TWIC card because I need it to access ports for my job. Pretty sophisticated stuff. First you have to go into a specialized TWIC center where they take your fingerprints and ask you about your background. Next, they run a security check on you that typically takes 6-8 weeks (Talked to a guy that took 5 months to authorize). From what I understand if you have any felonies then you're disqualified. Then they call you back in and they upload all of your biodata into a chip inside the card.

Ok,... I live in the Mpls Suburbs. The city I live in has two round-a-bouts newly constructed in the last couple of years.
Checkpoints? Not likely as they are not in strategic locations at all. I don't know about other areas, but where I live in the northern suburbs, I see no evidence to support any fear related to these. Personally I think they're great as they save fuel, and are much quicker to get through... They're essentially 360 degree yield intersections. Very efficient IMO.

People will accept conditions that negate their liberties... eagerly. People who have "prepared" may very well find themselves victims of the mobs. Some people will overrun gated neighborhoods. Gates don't guarantee safety.

The NWO conspiracy theories have been around for more than 80 years. And, they're just updated versions of the Illuminati conspiracies that were around since at least the 1700s! And, guess what? That is why you must RESEARCH and VERIFY the books, speeches, and political machinations of the TC, CFR, and other groups. This is why you must research federal documents and not rely solely on footage such as this. NGOs, federal agencies, and politicians all deflect and deny during establishment and implementation. Information is slowly released to desensitize the public. FEMA camps are officially acknowledged. Active duty troops are on standby (riot gear ordered). This is not imaginary.

Yea, I've seen the videos. I've also seen the videos about how Obama is secretly a lizard-man who will bring on the Rapture. I laughed at that video, too. Don't be delusional.
It isn't fully declassified, but it came out in hearings in the 1980's that they were being built.
Also try telling a Japanese-American that lived during WW2 that there are not camps. Try telling that to Indians that all is well.
The Rex84 camps became public record during the Iran-Contra hearing.
Look up the old new footage hear.

Trust me, you probably are wrong. There's been heightened security ever since 9/11, this is evident, but don't blow that out of proportions.
Plus, if the government does go all crazy on us and tries to lock us up, I highly doubt the military would go along with them.

I am thinking TWIC will be used not to deny people ENTRY to a city...but EXODUS therefrom. Think about it, if you're suggesting totalitarian dictatorship, it makes no sense to disperse people into the wilderness, because then they can resist you guerrilla style. More efficient to herd them together in the cities and force them to work for little or nothing like in the USSR.

These actions are contained in EOs penned decades ago that are still active under continuity of government. The government can seize the financial system, all forms of communication, transportation (including roads and waterways), energy, and agriculture... even privately owned. The federal government can force the relocation of large populations, detain them in government facilities, and organize citizens into an unpaid labor force. It doesn't matter which political party is in power.

I, for one, live in MN & have seen some of these roundabouts being referred to, but I cannot and will not believe what this person is saying about "building huts" in the middle of them. That part is absolutely ludicrous and utter nonsense. Like most of Minnesotans say, "I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, it's just a bunch of BS." Many of the roundabouts I have seen are well built with nice lanscaping, etc. There would be no room for a "hut" on these roundabouts. The guy is looney!!
