  • will this work on the back of the iphone 3g???

  • Loser

  • Yoo look like you broke into that house

  • thanx that was really helpful on my iTouch :)

  • it said how to remove scratches from your apple i was like how did u know my apples had scratches on them???????

  • simichrome polish works rele good

  • oh and the apple logos gonna rub off soon ;) been there done that

  • thats not dirt within scratches... thats metal ;)

  • looks more like a room for a porno set

  • Thanks for the vid. I gotta 3rd gen click thats about as clean as a new york sewer rat! I just got a touch about a month ago. i've been keeping it pretty clean. Do you have any suggestions on removing those hairline swirl marks on the "chrome"?

  • U dumb fuck all that does is it makes it shiny it wont buff out scratches i know becasuse i tried it and at the end there were still SCRATCHES!!!!

  • wow man. Thanx.

  • i wasted 8 minutes of my life watching you clean your ipod it still has scratches in the end!!

  • @gagd14 if it wasted 8 minutes of ur life then dont watch check out the video called the 12 fuck yous of youtube its about people that say oh this video sucks man i just wasted what ever minutes of my life

  • Also the word removes means totally gone. Good as new.

  • U didn't removed it u only made it cleaner. Same thing I've been doing with rubbing alcohol.

  • Banana method does not work, it doesn't do anything. Toothpaste does, but it can make screens cloudy. But I've used brasso. It works really good. I have that silver polish in that brand, it doesn't seem to remove my scratches. You had more than me though, I think I will get a bigger cloth.

  • The top rated comments say EXACTLY the same thing.

  • everyone says the backs are metal,, oh contrair,, they are chrome PLASTIC,,

I would be mostly worried of polishing off the logo and or serial # information.

Might want to tell people to write down and put serial # in a safe place prior to doing this,,,

  • @rclark23 The generation of iPod used in the video does, in fact, have a metal back.

  • will this work on the 5th gen. ipod i have a blue one

  • i used it with brasso, ITS A BLOODY MIRICLE ON MY NANO 1GEN

  • Just Use A Glasses Cloth.

  • why would you wanna squeez it ;o and press it too hard ouch

  • why would you wanna squeez it ;o

  • "You don't have to rub too hard.."

    Lololol

  • man i never thought of metal polish! thanks! :DD

  • weeman metal polish

  • Comment removed

  • thanks for that advice

  • Lasties!

  • i saw scratches in the end

  • The black is also little particles of metal that the abrasion process wears off. It's supposed to happen, so don't be alarmed when it does.

  • Press F5 to skip Add

  • it is still scratched

  • it doesnt work :( I used brasso and i saw more scratches. I used a piece of cloth and rubbed it up and down. Is there anything im doing wrong?

  • @rockband109 You may need to do it a few more times. People say you have to do it five or more times before it works. (First few times it will seem to make it worse.)

  • @rockband109 I'm about to do it on my own iPod, so I can give results if you want.

  • why are u wearin a glove?

  • lol because of the light shining of the bottle at 3:26 it looks like weman

  • This does NOT take any scratches off of the iPod, it makes the iPod more, "shiny." If that's not what you want do not watch this video. But it makes it shine very nice.

  • fail

  • so your the one who broke in my house and cleaned y ipod? well thanks and let me add it has some more scratches please come again thanks in again.

  • 6:51 is that a guard dog.

  • @Badassmoafo Yes it's a guard dog with shiny polished teeth LOL

  • Comment removed

  • THAT IPOD IS HUGE!!

  • where do you buy welman metal polish? And can you buy it at any ordinary store?

  • i have silver polisher is that effective?

  • Does this really work???

  • Does this really work????

  • can I polish plastic with this?

  • are you luke skywalker?

  • i dont even bother with the chrome back anymore. if you dont want it to scratch get a zagg shield but if you wanna do something cool use a brillo pad and make scratches all going in one direction and you have a brushed metal affect

  • THX MAN! Also works on my iPhone's chrome and plastic!

  • Im thoroughly impressed. even with the questionable background of your video you call "home".

  • @joemchang lol yea

  • You look like you broke into that house

  • @ViolentxViola

    dont be fucking racist!

  • @irockm2934c hahahah broke into the house, and while he was inthere he found a ipod and decided to make a tutorial video on how to remove scratches hahhahahaha

  • @irockm2934c He probably did, and all the times he paused, he went to knock out the house owner xD

  • @PEFYO haha, true.

That is the real Black men job xD

you seem cool, im subscribing to you

  • @irockm2934c Sounds nice ! xD

  • Where you in a binker?:P

  • @thymen121 wtf is a binker lol

  • be smart and buy Invisible Shield....

  • they dont hav invisible s for that ipod

  • Right... So why are you using metal polish on the plastic cover... Also the polish is corrosive which mean it its away at the chrome if left on too long and will definatlly remove the apple logo....

  • i use this exact polish on my ipod touch 1st gen metal back and the apple logo is not affected at all. however it is a polish and not a scratch remover. ive been using it since i bought the ipod new and i have had no problems at all

  • banna is better and that stuff is household...

  • what about banana?

  • U look like u broke into the house

  • lol same

  • ain't no way that much dirt can come from scratches in your ipod...that stuff is literally removing the pigment from his ipod..and i still see scratches

  • omg i totaly agree!

  • were can i get that bottle?!!?!??!?

  • most supermarkets and hardware stores have them. you can also use brasso which are sold in these stores.

  • kai thnx.

  • that is a REALLY old ipod

  • lol yea.

  • does this work on deep scratches

  • no only on the light ones

  • so if i put that stuff on my itouch screen my screen wont get damaged?

  • r u dumb

its a METAL polish... for METAL

if u were to put it on any screen why would u put it on a TOUCH screen. smh

  • Nope. I Would Novus Plastic Cleaning Products

    Great Stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You Can Get It On eBay

  • what is that polish stuff called

  • its weiman. you can also use brasso

  • whats up with the gloves?

  • ipods are very sensitive to fingerprints. i wanted to shine the back to show you the results

  • @harrymedan or maybe you are luke skywalker

  • @harrymedan it didnt work

  • the bananna does work, does not remove al, but it works

  • all the banana is doing is adding oils from the inside of the peel. it just may shine it but doesnt remove scratches. it has no abrasives ability to it like polish does to remove any light scratches.

  • I bought an Itouch 2G 16 GB at a pawn shop for 160. It looks great on the front due to the plastic protector. The back looks ok. But I want to shine it and remove some of the light scratches. I don't expect it to look new. I just want it to look a little bit better. Will the banana do that?

  • where do you buy that sauce thing

  • any hardware store or wallmart. brasso also works well
