IDK, but half the panel looks like it's high. Drugs always make u looks foolish. After seeing vids like this, it makes me respect what Charlie does so much more. He's a great actor to be able to do the American accent and mannerisms so well.

these guys are a really tight knit circle so they're just naturally goofy like that all the time. i've seen enough interviews to make that statement.

the thing with topher is a long story. the creator/writer or whatever for that 70's show hates judd appatow with a passion because of something ridiculous that occurred in the past, so he wouldn't let topher do the guest spot.
