I heard this on E Street channel the other day. Pete takes the song in a different direction from the Boss. The song is softer and laid back. I like it.
Not trying to defend an idiot, but people now do that when Springsteen plays this. I think it kind of started w/ the European crowds and has kind of been picked up the the U.S. audiences though not to the same extent. However, not exactly appropriate in this setting.
Great video. I was at this show and Pete and I made eye contact during this song. So glad you posted the video. I think Pete thought the guys singing was funny and he wasn't mad but yes, it ruined the song.
I was at this show. It was brilliant. I was right next to the guy in the hooded sweatshirt in the front row. During this song, Pete and I made eye contact. I'm so glad I found this clip. Brings back great memories!

I hope Mr. "Out of tune Ohhh-ohhh-ohhh" is reading this and chokes on his shame.

The "Oooh Oooh Oooooh" is stuck in my head more than the song. Still, this is freaking great.

Oh man that crowd is so fucking annoying. I think they're looking for Creed or something, not to be disrespecting Pete Yorn and his awesomeness.
Fucking retards.

I agree- Pete made this song his own. What an annoying, drunk crowd.

Pete does such an amazing job with this song, I really like the slower, more acoustic sound he gives to it, no offense to Bruce but this just rocks!

Another reason to like Pete: He doesn't tell douchebags to shut up when they're ruining this great cover.

Hmmm...usually I don't like to be this harsh, but...it's Pete, and he's an artist. Art shouldn't be ruined.
