I'm getting an aftermath police M4 in a month or so. It comes with 8.4 volt battery, but I think I can bump up the rate of fire a bit by using 9.6 volt. Do you think this will work?

@Haygan9799 higher batteries increase rate of fire but decrease the life of the gun itself.

i bought this gun and tested the fps the same day and it was like 360 something fps so u can lower it by using it alot or geting a new spring so that u can downgrade it.

Just a quick correction. There are no snipers in airsoft since the distance and velocity of the gun is not really that extreme. Its ust a tecnicality but yeah just an FYI.(Rifle is more apropriate

i still think that the broxa (the mp5a4 version) is better than this gun (the lycon, mp5a5 version). the broxa shoots harder and the stock clip is a high capacity

yeah...I'm not a big fan of aftermath...because you can get high quality guns. I also don't like how they claim 500 fps for one of their guns when they use .12g bbs.

I don't like aftermath...think of it like a cyma gun renamed to something else...like a broxa or an m4 renamed to a kerinex or something like that. Oh well. Get the Echo brands...more reliable and they are actually stronger.

well aftermath accually gets alot of there parts from tokyo maurui, aftermath doesnt rally make there parts. So alot of there quility comes from tokyo maurui

I think you are misinterpreting some of your information. The airsoft guns are replicas of quality brands. eg...Tokyo Mauri, Classic Army, ISC...

They don't get their parts from Tokyo Mauri like how you said. Their parts come from brands like CYMA which just about every airsoft guru will tell you that it doesn't have a trustworthy name.

don't, get the broxa if your going to get an aftermath gun at all. the broxa shoots harder and comes with a larger clip. it's an mp5 a4 with the fixed stock vs. this1 with the retractable 1.
