@IDABAYAREA650I most likely your wireless router has a different default name and password. check the manual that came with your wireless router and look for the default name and password or try googling the default name and password for your wireless router. if this does not work then you will have to reset your wireless router by pushing down the reset button in the back of the router for about 5 seconds. this will reset the wireless router to the default state.

@chrisybrdf118 that's a manufacturer preference. some routers have the antenna built inside and others outside.

Hi, I have problem with this router, I connecting it to the lan cable, internet connection is always on, there is no name or password on it. But for some reason I have no wireless or wired broadband at all. When I looking in to the router page it seems fine. I'm paste router status page maybe it will give you some clues.

go to ipconfig and check the gateway for your router. is it 192.168.1.1
